Producing for Wiz Khalifa LIVE w/Dreamlife and Stacktrace

A lot of producers ask me how I get placements. Here's the story and the demo of how we produced one of Wiz Khalifa's newest tracks with Statik Selektah. Listen to the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gj3O7kGpp9E

Producing Drake’s “Mob Ties” with GRAMMY winner Boi-1da | In The Charts

“Yo,” Drake said to Boi-1da, after hearing an early version of “Mob Ties” for the first time. “Make sure you put this one on lock for me.” Working late within the Scorpion sessions, Boi-1da crafted “Mob Ties” with collaborators Allen Ritter and Ashley Turner. What began as a half-time slow burn of an R&B track eventually transformed into the trap anthem we know today, with a little help from Omnisphere and Splice Sounds. “Mob Ties” is one of many of Drake and Boi-1da’s collaborations, with a partnership spanning as far back as 2009’s “Best I Ever Had” all the way to 2018’s “God’s Plan.”

Future - Never Stop Instrumental FL Studio Remake[The Wizrd]

This is a instrumental remake of Future's intro to "The Wizrd" album. The song is called "Never Stop" originally produced by Billboard Hitmaker & ATL Jacob. I did it in FL Studio 20.1 using our ElectraX preset bank called "Trap Wizrd XP". Imperial Muzikk nailed this patch! This was the most fun I've had creating a preset bank in a while. The FLP comes with the preset bank.

E Major | Trap Scale | F&N | Southside, ATL Jacob, and Wheezy | Music Theory

A real music theory video based on how Southside, ATL Jacob, and Wheezy made the beat for Future's "F&N" (F and N). The E major scale (E, F#, G#, A, B, C#, D#) is great for trap music. Also, The C# minor scale (C#, D#, E, F#, G#, A, B) and F# Dorian (F#, G#, A, B, C#, D#, E) have a circular relationship! This explains the great cohesive flow of "The Wizrd" album. All 3 scales have 4 sharps each. This video isn't click bait (unlike 90% of the videos online). We teach legit tips that will make you a better songwriter.

Will A Fool Breaks Down Future's "Show My Chain Some Love" Instrumental (HNHH Behind the Beat)

Will A Fool appeared on the Future-helmed soundtrack for "Superfly" with production credits on one of our favorite songs off it, "Show My Chain Some Love." It was a moody trap collab with Young Thug, and today the beatsmith behind it walks us through how it came to be.
