MY FIRST BIG BREAK AS A MUSIC PRODUCER - Illmind BLAP:CAM 070

On this episode, I talk about how I started out in my mom’s basement (0:30). Dropped out of school and all I did was make beats everyday. I talk about moving to different cities like LA or ATL to pursue music and have higher chances of running into industry people (1:10). I talk about my first big break as a producer, working with G-Unit and linking up with Sha Money XL (2:18). That led me to get more placements, sign a publishing deal and eventually ended up working with Kanye and Travis Scott in 2012 (3:53).
