TEKASHI 6IX9INE went in on Instagram about Billboard manipulating the charts, not in his favor. The controversy between his song “Gooba” and Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s new single “Stuck With U” has created speculation on his end whether the streams and sales were artificially purchased.
