http://www.vladtv.com – Young Chop shares his thoughts on Chief Keef’s “F*ck Rehab” track, and admits that he doesn’t like it. He adds that “Chief already knows what it is. It was a label decision.” When asked about people saying that Chief Keef doesn’t sound the same unless he’s working with Young Chop, the producer says that he agrees, and reveals that he tells Keef that to his face.
Speaking about working on music, the 20-year-old beatsmith says that he works one-on-one with artists, making the songs from scratch. When asked if he engineers all his songs, Chop says that even if there’s another engineer in the room, he’s still the head engineer, taking full control of the sound and direction of the projects.
The conversation then switches to Chief Keef going to rehab, which Chop felt like was the best thing for the rapper. He also reveals that the “I Don’t Like” rapper wrote about 400 songs while in rehab, and Chop has already worked on ten of them. Chop ends the conversation by responding to Chief Keef and Migos’ beef, saying that he has no part in it, and it’s all on them.
