Here are 6 tips for people getting ready for the winter blues. Sometimes that seasonal depression creeps up on us, and is hard to deal with. Definitely dealt with this a little bit last year and quarantine. So I plan to prepare myself and try to stay as positive as possible. Let me know what you think in the comments.
