C-Sick had the chance to go and move on to the National Finals in New York City to prove to his audience his ability of becoming a music producer. On December 3, 2008, C-Sick was crowned the 2008 Red Bull Big Tune National Finals Champion. C-Sick has created music for Hip Hop artist Nas and Chicago artists such as King L, L.E.P.
